Returns Policy
Fiasco Apparel wants to make sure your shopping experience is top knotch, however if there are any problems, we will gladly offer you a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items returned for refund will be credited in the same form as the original payment type, less shipping costs.
Postage for any exchange or return is the customer's responsibility. We will cover the costs of shipping back to you any exchanges.
Items must be in their original form (unworn, un-used in their original packaging). Fiasco Apparel reserves the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the items have any signs of wear, misuse or damage.
To obtain return/exchange instructions please send your request with your name and order number using the contact us page or send email us at team_fiascoapparel.com within 14 days of delivery
Any orders returned to Fiasco Apparel because they were left at the post office or we were given an incomplete/incorrect address will incur a second shipping and handling fee, this must be paid before your order will be re-shipped.
All refunds or exchanges must be resolved within 14 days of delivery, after 14 days orders are considered delivered and in acceptable condition.
In order to avoid any issues with your shipment please remember to:
Provide complete and correct shipping address information
Ensure the items in your cart are the items you intended to order
Ensure t-shirt sizing is correct and that is the size selected when you order (use the size chart)
